The 200 Club of Morris County Memorial

The 200 Club of Morris County remembers those who have made the ultimate sacrifice serving our community.

Please join The 200 Club of Morris County Memorial and read the names of those who gave their lives to protect and serve the citizens of Morris County. I am happy to sponsor anyone interested in joining this effort. Membership is $200 in annual dues, thus, the 200 designation.

The 200 Club of Morris County proudly supports Morris County Police Officers, Fire Fighters, First Aid Squad Members, and Members of the New Jersey State Police who die in the line of duty. When tragedy occurs, grief is shared amongst the family as well as the members of The 200 Club of Morris County.

When a public safety official loses their life in the line of duty, the Action Committee of The 200 Club of Morris County reaches out to the widow(er) to offer emotional support and financial assistance in the form of a death benefit to help manage the financial burden during this difficult time. The current benefit is $25,000.

The 200 Club of Morris County has a scholarship program that began in 1982 to provide college, post-high school education or vocational school assistance to children of active public safety personnel. Scholarship eligibility is limited to high school seniors serving in a branch of public safety or whose parent is actively serving or retired from a public safety capacity in Morris County. Scholarships are awarded based on academic performance, community service, extracurricular activities and family financial need.
